Advise needed please

Hi am wondering if anyone has any advise for me. I have recently discovered that my ex has been working and not declaring his earnings thus to avoid his maintenance liability. I have now found out that his new partner and best friend have opened a limited company and that he is driving for them, although not declaring it. I have all the documents from companies house re directors, etc but wondered what other proof the CSA will ask for. Bar following him and taking photo's i'm not sure what else to do. Any advise would be gratefully received. Thanks

If you have documentary evidence, that should be enough - just make sure that you keep copies of it. Have you notifed the CSA of the evidence that you have?

Hi I haven't notified them yet, i'm trying to get a telephone number so I can speak with them first but am hitting a brick wall as usual. Will put all the info into the Chief Executives Office if I haven't had any luck by the end of the day

    Is he on benefits?

Is he on a nil assesment now?

If he is not declaring his income, you need to show that his lifestyle is inconsistent with his income. Does he live in a nice house/ drive a flash car etc?

You would need to complete a variation form. The C.S.A will look at it and probably decline your claim. You can then appeal and at a tribunal you would have the oppurtunity to present your evidence.

As far as I am aware he is not on benefits. Yes he does live in a nice 3 bed detached and drives an almost new 4 x 4, has a very large caravan parked outside and will tell all who listen that he is a 'house husband' and lives off his partner
