Capital One CCA Request

Hi,

Bit of advice needed. Sent my CCA request to capital one unsigned as per instructions. They've come back to me saying they can't action my request as I hadn't signed the letter. Is this a ploy to get a copy of my signature do you think ? I'm assuming they don't need it and I can write back to them and tell them so ?

Thanks

it might be worth reiminding them that they sem happy enough to communicate with you in the past so they have to be reasonably happy that they are dealing with the right person.

There is no where in the act that says you must sign a request for a CCA

Personally i would just initial it and nothing more, see what happens
