Are you really waiting for someone to make you an offer
I think you just have to book it.

They are not getting any more scrubs in Bath :-(
But I have booked the facial for no fee.

Lol, it comes across like that yes. To be honest I was waiting till they actually had some samples in before I asked for the facial. I booked one today for tomorrow so am really looking forward to that (in a different store). Even if they don't have the freebie, if they use it in the facial then it's still a good way of trying it. I use a clarins exfoliator at the mo but it's quite pricey so will be good to compare results and prices.
  • You always get one hey....

I am an actual Marie Claire subscriber and I couldn't get my free scrub at all; I tried 8 different places. :(

none in edinburgh, I got my Mum to go into John Lewis today and she said they had 150 but were all gone and did not think they were getting any more.

thanks, didnt think there would be but didnt want to waste my time going up.
that is really unfair as 3 of my friends who work up in edinburgh printed off vouchers at their work and went in on their lunch break and got theirs at the beginning of the week yet i bought 2 magazines
dont think they are getting the facial though.
  • None left at House of Fraser in King William Street, London (near Cannon Street station). I tried Thursday night.

    I just had the facial.
    It was short but nice.
I got the 50ml Modern Friction :j but there were only 2 left after me and I was given a 5ml sample of Youthtopia serum which is a couple of weeks worth.

Very good offer altogether althogh the facial was about 10 mins and not the quoted 30.

I had a look at the magazine first - there's no way that skinny little tube is worth £9.50.
  • I had the facial yesterday in Boots in York- it was lovely and lasted about 30 minutes. No samples but I had already been given the Modern Friction when I booked.

It is per 100ml, you see the actual price of the cream if you were buying it is much more, so if you then work out how much you pay per 10ml of cream, then work out how much cream is in the tube, you get £9.50. Personally this is one of my favorite creams as I have dry dry dry skin and it deals with that. (And before you ask, I had already spent years wading though cheaper brands like boots no.7, simple, L'oreal...etc all waste my time and money).

Each to thier own, personally if I had it, I would pay the full price for the face cream. Insted, I get it for my birthday-or via a freebie like this one!
