Be very carefull when you buy from Office online they customer service is very bad. I ordered £105 boots 2 weeks ago ,received them damaged (black marks on brown boot) contacted customer service to report the problem. They adviced me to send back by special delivery .I have posted boots back on 19.02.2009 to be delivered next day before 1pm. The boots has been delivered next day I have tracked on Post Office website ,but unfortunatelly "Office shoes" claims they have not received anything ,I have emailed Tracking number 3 times now, unfurtunatelly they started to ignore my emails now. I don`t know what to do next and how to get my money back from them.:mad:0

Ive ordered from office before i saw your post. I bought a pair of gorgeous leather white ankle boots £18 instead of £80 for my wedding. Also some lovely wellies lol £5 down from £20. And some other lovely pairs of shoes. Ive also just ordered some wedges for £5 for the summer. I think there the same ones as you have ordered! I have found office excellent, and theres some real bargains and great quality. Ive had no problems, and i have to resist buying any more shoes off them:rotfl:0 -
Hi bulldoglove, thats awful that office are ignoring your emails. Why dont you write to the customer services manager explaining what has happened. I hope that you manage to sort it out.
I am put off from ordering from them now!0 -
Some cheap Birkenstocks on there - reduced to £20, shame I bought some at full price a while back :rolleyes:0

If you have not heard from them by the end of the week, write to them setting out all the details of your order and give them a time frame in which to respond/refund you - don't bombard them with emails, this will only confuse the matter and quite frankly, pi$$ them off
Keep a copy and send it via registered means.
I doubt they are ignoring your emails. It has now been two weeks since they were returned and you have to allow time for the return to be processed.
HTH
ps. Do the stores not accept returns if the order was placed online?I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!I thunk I've made you think for a minute!:j :rotfl: :j0 -
Having a look at their website t and cs it does say they should be sent a certain way when being returned, but naughtily makes no mention of returning damaged goods.0

The wedges I ordered were in 3 different colours; pink, bronze and silver. I loved the pink ones, but thought the silver to be more practical. Wish I could have ordered them all!
I've ordered from Office previously with no problems at all. In fact, last time I ordered, I used my electron card. The next day I got an email to say they didn't accept electron. My OH rang them to change the card to his cc, and they were very helpful. Even got the cashback too as I originally ordered online
Would recommend them, but wish they would stop sending me tempting emails with lovely cheap shoes lol!0 -
