  • Hey Bud

care to expand on how the debt arose. Also if u want help then i suggest doing an Statement of Affairs (SOA). List all your income and all ur expense

    Income
    1.salary
    2.etc etc

    Expenses
    1.petrol
    2.food
    3. etc
    ....

Make sure u list absolutly everything, even if its just pennys!

Getting turned down by FirstPlus is the best thing that could of happened to you. Unfortunately, they saw fit to take me on and my debts are higher than yours, my property not so valuable and I do not earn so much!

You'd be much better getting in touch with CCCS or Payplan and get your debts sorted out that way - they can stop interest and negotiate payments. Please, this is so much better than securing a loan on your house.

You can always post your incomings and outgoings here and people will point out where you can save money and offer suggestions, but please, don't pursue the FirstPlus route

You could have been refused for many reasons, ie to much debt to start with, to many applications over a short term...etc etc

Hi as others have said. Be VERY thankful you were declined by first plus. They help at the time but are not so good when you are against the wall. Have you looked at a remortgage.
    Messy.
