YBS only lend 2 times salary + dividends if the total is below £20k
im only @ £13.5k for the tax year. and yet you can only borrow a minimum of £25k as a first time buyer!
so bizarrely I can borrow anything from £25k to £27k with YBS
that seems absurd to me.0 -
hi, sorry to join in on this thread..but can i just ask a question..
someone said that an agreement in principle does not always affect your credit rating? it just leaves a soft print? i am looking for deals, but have been scared to speak to anyone incase it is rejected and leaves a bad mark on credit file..
so in theory, i can speak to some people, they can give me an offer in principle and it wont leave a mark on history?
