Prize:
The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize. The prize is £5,000 (five thousand pounds sterling) payable by cheque in the name of the entrant only, along with an overnight break for the winner and a companion to London. The prize includes return train tickets to London, tickets to attend the studio to be in the audience for the Alan Titchmarsh Show as well as a chance to meet Alan Titchmarsh after the show, return transfers between the train station, the hotel and the studio and hotel accommodation based on two people sharing a room, dinner (excluding drinks) at the hotel.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their companion are available to take up the prize as specified during one of the following dates: 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30 or 31 March 2009, such date to be agreed between the winner and the prize organizer subject to restrictions and availability. All elements of the prize must be booked and taken up during one period, and not on non-consecutive dates.The prize is subject to availability and restrictions including but not limited to inclement weather conditions, programme scheduling and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and/or prize organizer. The winner must follow instructions given by the Promoter and/or prize organizer to take up the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to amend any element of the prize for reasons beyond their reasonable control. The prize is non-changeable, non-transferable and non-upgradeable. I'm sure if one of us won it wouldn't be to difficult to have to meet him would it? I mean you do also get overnight stay in a hotel plus dinner. If you couldn't go though would they be able to take the cash prize from you?0
