Tips For Cleaning Aluminium Window Frames?

Hi,
I am currently redecorating my son's bedroom and need to clean the window frames - not only of dust and grime but also of dried paint.
Has anyone got an tips as to what might get the dried paint off - it is not from doing the room up this time, as I have been wipeing down as I go, but from the last time it was decorated about 3 years ago.

2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000
