Thanks for this OP, managed to get 2 of the Fuji kits from my local store despite them showing as no stock available on the website. Also managed to get 2 of the Samsung kits from local PC World - fantastic buy as we get through an aweful lot of batteries!.
Got the distinct impression in both stores that I wouldn't have got either had the staff known they were on clearance offer - PC World assured me that the kit was priced correctly at £14.99 (the price on the sticker on the box) and were quite loathe to scan it as a price check!!!." After reading this post earlier in the week, I was in Liverpool today, so I decided to check out Curry's
couldn't remember the exact details of the offer, so I just looked for a Fuji accessories pack, anyhow found one and asked for it to be scanned (it was marked at £19.99)
come back at £2.99
Thinking I had the bargain I bought it, consisting of a "z" sires camera case and a SD card usb reader, still for £2.99 still a bargain I thought
although after reading this I would of pre fared the original bargain
if anyone is interested, Currys in Liverpool (Church Street) had about 5 others in the cabinet when I bought mine0 -
I reserved 2 kits online and had my printout as confirmation. Went down to my local Curry's store only to be told they only had 2 left i stock and they were reserved for a customer that comes into the shop??
Should i not have been that customer???0
