since spring is on the way and we had such a bad winter this time round im looking for things to work hard with in the spring summer to help through next winter and save money OS style so that next winter is not such a shock especailly as were expecting our first baby in sept 09!!! im worried about the heating and many other things .... im looking into some things i can buy that will be cheaper in summer than in winter and im trying to prepare best i can .... any tips and ideas please?
