Help Pls: Bank Loan for Business - Best Rate/what To Look For Etc

Hi All, I run my own business and am in need of a cash injection. Looking to borrow circa 15-20k secured against my house to put into my sole trader business.
Can anyone with experience advise of the where to look for the best loan rate on the market at the moment, anything i need to be warry of when weighing up one loan against another and all tips/info greatly appreciated.

Some places will not allow you to borrow for business reasons
have you tried the bank that do your husbands business banking to see what deal they can do?0
