Staples & Office World have this at £129.99. Big reduction on their own price but not that much if you shop around.

Son bought this camera for £170 two months ago.
It's really tiny and neat and photo's are very good.
The current price at the time was £249.99 - so I'd say this was a good deal.

As far as I can see, this IXUS is the model with no optical zoom. I suggest it really is worthwhile spending that little bit extra to move up to the model with 2x or 3x optical zoom.

Cameras will often refer to digital zoom, but this adds very little to what you could achieve on your pc using basic photo processing programme.

This is the exact camera my mate wants for xmas...
but they are out of stock when you add to basket.
So please let me know if you see it cheap anywhere else..
