    Hi fairihell,

We had our interview from the Reading OR at the end of jan and although the lady was very efficient in her ways, ie finding out what you have spent on what cards and loan wise etc she was very proffesional and human....
We think she was fair with her out come. We have been allowed to keep the car and work vehicle and my tools of trade. She didnt give me an IPA as my wages are so low at the moment, but my partner's is 100. We were not allowed emergencies which we thought was wierd and the pet costs and holidays were disallowed, but we have a small ipa compared to what our appalling debt were.

It is quite daunting going through it with her, but it is ok, and certainly not as bad as we thought it would be. :T
You will be fine dont worry, :j dont talk through the pauses, stay calm and have a glass of water handy. Oh, and be in a nice quiet place.

    Hope this helps:D

    hi sieve,

I sent 4 months to her. She then wanted the last years statements to see what the loan money had been used for. It was to pay of credit cards and consolidation. I think this was just to make sure that we hadnt had loads of holidays and spent the money un wisely.

Keep it in. Keep everything in there.

You don't lose points here for getting it wrong. But if you don't put money in for haircuts, holidays or pet insurance the OR is unlikely to say "where's your haircut money?" and put back it in for you. Then it's gone...

Keep it on the SoA and just see how it goes. Don't panic, another clerk may not see the need to disallow these, it will depend on your circumstances.

Co-op are not known for freezing their Cashminder accounts. They are very BR friendly and seem to understand that we need our accounts.

The only 2 bad things I have to say about them is their online banking is very slow to update , so spread sheets are a must and they operate a 3 strikes and you are out policy, so be careful that you don't go overdrawn.
