Hi
I recently asked a DCA to only contact me by post yet I have had at least one phone call from them since then. What is my best method of action under the circumstances?
Thanks

Hi
Sorry, not able to help but having the same problems. They ignore my letters and ignore anything I write to them but have just checked online banking and they've cashed the cheque I sent them!!!
I would just ignore them, or if it gets really bad talk to the Financial Ombudsman.
hope that helps, its always nice not to feel alone
