Is the WTC paid to both of you?
They are both unemployed and pay no child support.0 -

Is it? Why is it? Do you think her husband didn't contribute towards her own children? (actually, he's been on benefits for years so that could be a bit of a relative question).
If a man gets with a woman who has kids then he will be expected to pay into the pot that brings them up...why should it be different for a woman who gets with a man who has children whether they live with him or not?
As someone on here once said...you take the cow, you take the cattle:D0 -
Lol, yes I suppose you are right. The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.0

Hey she & hubby deserve each other. He ignores his kids and she's a leech-Match made in heaven and at least they aren't inflicting their unpleasent selves on some decent partner.
I agree to carry that level of bitterness towards a previous partner of her present partner is -at best-mentally unhealthyI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Well, its a shame your husband didn't think if that before he created the poor kids (he could have used a condom, ya know!) and its a shame you didnt think about te consequences of him having children before you married him - if you take on someone with kids it's part of the deal.for kids who i have nowt to do with nor care
How sad.
You know, I do quite resent that at 35 I have no children, (would never dream of doing so unless I could be sure to be the best parent I could be and provide for them well) I am well qualified, and I work in a hard and stressful job and I pay for you and your OH to stay at home and moan.
Bloody hell, makes you wonder who is the thick one here.0 -
in reality its not funny, put yourself in my shoes - would you like it ?
What, not paying for his kids, whilst we work and support them...? well - yes, I think you have the best side of the deal.if i get a job i can claim WTC part of MY WTC will be taken from me
Perhaps you can advise me, I do not get any of this free money, so I would not have any from which to get some taken back from- what do you suggest I do?? I pay taxes to support you to stay at home, and to support his kids?? and you feel hard done to? Honestly!?!
Now shut up whingeing, it is adding insult to injury.0 -

thank you Pink, that is really appreciated, you are very kind.I feel like I am rapidly losing my ability to empathise though when I hear people like this, I am sure the poor kids are aware of the hostility and bad feelings held against them...
Adults have to be adults, and to rise above this stuff and take responsibility for their actions - those kids never asked to be born, and if they have a 'woman from hell' (allegedly!) as a mum, and a dad who does not give a monkeys, whose wife is continuosly moaning about how they ruin her life- I expect their self esteem is in the gutter - storing up all sorts of problems for the future.0 -
