Best place to get Mother's Day flowers delivered

Does anyone know of any good offers on?

I'll be away for Mother's day so was gonna have some flowers delivered to my Mum.

Will prob spend about £20, not sure of the best places tho, any ideas?

Thanks, Lucy

I recommend https://www.bunches.co.uk - I ordered a helium balloon for valentines day for my husband at 1pm on the 13th and it was delivered next day at 8am. Every order also comes with a small box of chocolates - which taste OK. I was very pleased with my order and will be ordering flowers from them for Mothers Day. Their prices are very reasonable too.
  • I think that the "Best place to get Mother's Day flowers delivered" is your mothers house!
    Cash ISA rate 6.5% fixed for 2 years. Mortgage rate 0.75% = 5.75% profit on £75K = £4500 per year:j
Mortgages make money. Definitely don't wanabee mortgage free!

I agree with the recommendation from bunches. I always use them and have just ordered a lovely bouquet for my mum for mothers day, If you do a search there is a discount code around as well! So brings down the cost even more!

I personally don't like online flowers, I just don't think they arrive as they should. Would be better to order from a local florist if possible imo. Where I live we have a local nursery who also do flower arrangements. Mega cheap and add a couple of quid on for delivery. So for a £20 bouquet I could get in a florists, we get a bouquet probably almost double the size from the nursery. We're so lucky here with the flowers, the even done them for my dad's funeral and put all other wreaths to shame. I know this doesn't help with your dilemma, but if there is anyone in Lanarkshire who wants the name of a great place to get flowers, drop me a pm.

  • Not a recommendation, in fact quite the opposite!
Serenata do cheap flowers, here's a photo of my Valentines roses which looked like they had been rescued from a burning building.

I had 11 more like this...

They offered to refund the cost of the flowers (my boyf has not had his statement yet so has not been able to check this) but "not the balloon or chocolates that came with them"....

Thanks for that, think I'll give bunches a try they seem very reasonable and I've found a code for 15% off (will post in the discount code thread ;) )

    Thanks everyone :T

Thanks for this thread, does anyone know if we can order to be delivered on certain date without incurring the £4.95 special delivery option? I see they've slots available for day before mothers day which is good enough for me as i've not spoken to my mum in 15 years so i'm sure she won't care what day they arrive!
This time next year Rodney... :D

    I've been Money Tipped!
I use www.flyingflowers.com a lot, they are usually very good and no delivery charge.
