Comet online price in-store?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but i was wondering if anyone has had any luck getting online prices in the store by asking.

The reason i ask is i have a virgin credit card and am thinking of usingt he discounted vouchers i can get with it to buy a laptop - but the one i want is cheaper online and i can't use my vouchers online?

Print off the webpage price then take it instore,
they should accept it. Thats what I have been
told by CS advisor.

I did this at PC world - online price was 40 pounds cheaper than instore. I pointed it out they looked it up and then matched the online price.

they will price match but, they will not give you the NHS discount

May have changed the policy now, but Comet wouldn't pricematch there internet price for us last year (something about being treated as separate companies). They would however pricematch many competitors prices both online and instore??
