Anyone had a beach wedding in Greece?

Something I'm considering but I need a bit of advice. OH and I had our best holiday ever in Kefalonia, but apparently you can't marry on beaches there. But you can on Zakynthos, and possibly other islands too.
Has anyone done this? How much did it cost? We want a really small, simple wedding with just close friends and family, nothing fancy. I was thinking a barbecue on the beach after the ceremony. Any advice at all would be great! Also, we were considering this September - is that totally unrealistic?! And if anyone can recommend specific companies I'd be grateful too. Thanks!
