£1 moleskin combat pants at Bon Marche!!!

Options
I popped into the "old peoples shop" Bon Marche in Halton, Cheshire last Friday where they had a sale....found black (also brown and khaki) moleskin combat pants for £1 - yes you heard right £1! So I picked up 3 pairs, took them to the till and was told "its buy one get one free on all sale items"!! So as there were no more pants in my size, I got a 2 pack of socks - so I ended up with 3 pairs of pants and 2 pairs socks for £2.50!!! Bargain of the century!! P.S. the pants wash really well too.... so get down to your local Bon Marche to see if they have them too. I assume they would because obviously most elderly ladies choose not to buy combat pants!! (all the better for those of us who do)!!! xxxxxx Good luck xxxxxx :grinheart

I got 2 pairs of cropped trousers from Bon Marche whilst on holiday last year, they were only £5 each and look great, and I'm not that old. I think they are doing more younger styles now as well as the older ladies fashions, but you can get some bargains when they have sales on. :)

Personally, If I had a shop near me I would be tempted to buy 50 pairs and stick em in the loft at that price. .

in ten years or so people will be paying £50 a pair when they come back into fashion, you see.

Or take them to a boot sale for a quicker turnaround. The stallholders will buy them in this weather

I hope I can find an old person that looks like this pensioner taken from their site.
