    Very bad advice.

The agency have terms of business with the company which will include a fee should the worker either:

    i) be employed directly
ii) be refered by the client to a 3rd party

He would more than likely get dropped by the agency & replaced with someone else.

seaweed answer these questions I left on the other post for you..

    1) What are they charging the client
    2) What did you agree the client charge to be (why you were involved in that is beyond me)
    3) What is your current pay rate & holiday rate (please list both)
    4) What was the original agreed payrate?
    Not Again

Horrendous idea! The client will have a contract with the agency and that will just cause issues. You might even dent your reputation with the client as you look a bit less trustworthy for asking them to ignore a business contract.

edit: just realised that 1984ReturnsForReal said the same thing

You could do much worse than these http://www.payschemeplus.com/en/Home.aspx

A large proportion of our contractors happily use the above

£6.55 per invoice? That's pretty damn cheap. I'm trying to get paid for 1 days work however the company will only pay through an umbrella company. Have tried others but they are much dearer.
