Argos have been a bit crafty on this one.
We wanted a Leapster for our son's 3rd birthday this month so have been searching online for the best deal.
A Leapster 2 is around £40 in most stores and that's without any games.
So I went onto Kelkoo yesterday and found a link to Argos, selling the Leapster 2 console with a Star Wars game - for just £28.99!!!
Interestingly, if you search on the argos website for "Leapster" it doesn't come up, nor does it if you search for "Leapster 2".... you have to search for "Leapster2".
It sounded too good to be true so I reserved one and went to collect yesterday.
Lo and behold, when it came to payment time the till came up as it being £39.99.
Fortunately we managed to call the item up on the website in store and I got it for £28.99
When they sell the console alone for £39.99, this is an absolute BARGAIN, but be wary when you get to purchasing in store....
