    Some great ideas there, I never thought of adding mushrooms and the quorn/tofu sounds good too (are they the same thing?)

    I'm a bit concerned with using too much cheese because I have it with absolutely every meal, which can't be that good... in fact my only source of protein at the moment is chicken and cheese (and fish occasionally), so just trying to address that.

    A big limiting factor is I have a serious nut allergy, which extends to sesame seeds and other similar things... I buy a big bag of baby leaf salad every week which contains spinach, rocket etc.

    I am thinking of ordering an organic veg box once a week, which I could add to meals like this.
