csa

I do wonder if anybody can help with what i am about to write i have argued fought cursed cried contimplated suicide but to name a few things when dealing with the csa my story begins 15 years ago i had a 1 night stand and have been punished ever since i am now at the stage of enforcement i had the sheriff officers at my door on monday 23/2/09 before they came to my door with the liability order they had empted my bank account with no thought for the 2 kids and my wife who have nothing to do with this case i couldnt pay my mortgage send my kids to school (no dinner money) i could not go to work (no fuel) 6 bank charges later for unpaid d/b on speaking to the (the person who is my case officer:beer: two faced) she tells me you have been paying us now on time for 2 years i will write to your bank for them to put the funds back into your account £1097 i owe £8250 arrears we have reached an arrangement i still haven't recieved anything suprise, suprise? since making this arrangement to up my payments from £50 per week to £100 per week i have been left with no money i sent a payment for the £50 (which i had to borrow) i have called falkirk csa to speak to my case officer 16 times on each occasion i have been diverted to newcastle where no 1 can discuss my case it seeeeeeeems as soon as you type in your ni no you get diverted then they tell you that person isnt answering i wonder why  the people that work for the scumbag csa do have a bonus structure they are without a doubt bonus driven if i was a junkie on the social would they be interested in me i think not. If anybody can help to explain if you have any chance of reclaiming your money back let me know i was left with nothing and still expected to pay the csa belives you should pay more than you earn but it is like going into mcdonalds and buying a cheeseburger for your child but telling him he cant have it because you have to give it to another child there is no consideration for the child you are trying to bring up only a bonus driven individule.

If they have a liability order and you have arrears it will be unlikely you will get a refund of the money, chances are it will be allocated to your arrears

If or when a bailiff becomes involved, CSA will be able to tell you which Company they use in your case - it can take 3 or 4 weeks after the Liability Order to be allocated to a specific bailiff!

You may be able to negotiate payment terms that are more affordable/realistic with the bailiffs, apparently they are a little bit more flexible than the CSA. You really need legal advice though
