Alliance & Leicester loan - advice needed!

Hi guys,
So after reading the info on the site I decided to apply for a £13500 loan from Alliance & Leicester and had a decision within the hour that I was successful.
I think i've got an excellent credit rating (completed the test) and was extremely surprised when I received the paper work.
The APR they have offered me is 13.5%.
Now, there is no way i'm going to take this deal and was wondering if anyone has any advice?
Should I phone them and try and get it down or look elsewhere?
