Shared Ownership remortgage

Hi!
I am currently on Nationwide SVR (repayment) after I came off a tracker in Aug 08.
I am considering remortgaging but I am not sure which lenders will allow a shared ownership remortgage. I don't think Nationwide's offers are that great.
My mortgage is £37k, and i have 60% LTV. As I would have to add the fee to the loan if I did remortgage am wondering if it would be better to stay as I am and overpay what I can afford.
Thanks for your help!
