I have already sorted out payment etc as been with debtcare a year up until a mth ago. Upped payments as had more available but hfc sent letter today asking me to provide up to date details on finances.
I don't mind but they want a list of all my creditors (is that moral, i don't want them to know all the names of my debts) and also want payslips, benefit letters - i really don't want to be sending all my private info to them! In addition they want copies of agreements for secured or hire purchase agreements! (which i don't have anyway)
Do i have to send them all my private stuff or is it not sufficient to fill out their income expenditure form thing...... i really don't want to be sending all my tax credit letters and stuff as i will never get it back! I also don't want them knowing all my creditors

rather than put down the creditors name just put business type such as credit card, bank, loan ,utility company. I wouldn't send any payslips etc either.0
