Free Sky+ box

I received this nice red envelope yesterday - thought it was a Valentine's card - turned out to be a promotion for Sky (applies to new customers only I'm afraid).

Phone 08701942096, quote FEBPLUS, you get free Sky+ box (40 Gig version), free standard installation and half price rental for first 3 months (rental normally £15-£42.50 per month). Great offer for someone thinking of getting Sky+ (I have to say it's the dog's spherical bits). Minimum subscription is 1 year, box needs to be connected to telephone line.

Unfortunately this offer is NOT available to current or previous Sky subscribers, so you can't cancel your subscription then take them up on this one
But if you haven't got Sky at all this is a fantastic offer - I have one of these boxes and it really does revolutionise the home entertainment experience!! Pause or rewind live TV, record your favourite programmes at the touch of a button - for the whole series - copy recorded programmes to DVD/VHS if you want. It's just like a very sophisticated video recorder but with no tapes.
Top tip if you get this though - don't let the kids learn how to use it or the hard disk will soon be filled with episodes of "That's So Raven", "Keenan and Al" and similar American kiddie TV and you won't be able to record your own programmes any more.

They charge you £10 extra a month; but if you are subscribed to two or more of the main movies or sports channels - its free.

I got one of these about a year back, and although I didnt think I'd use it - it's fantastic! Not tied to loo or coffee breaks by the adverts - and if you have had it on pause, can fast forward the ad til you reach were u were :D

You could always try! DFon't know how smart their system is, but I think the big Sky dish on the wall will be a bit of a giveaway when they come to install the new box
Top tip with this box is when a programme starts on commercial TV, stick it on record, go and make a cup of tea, then when the ads come on you can skip straight thru them!

I orderd Sky + today and could have died when I just saw this I paid £89 for it only 2hours ago, called Sky and they have credited my account with all the money THANKS GUYS
