    Hi all...

LOL..I popped on yesterday..and theres a thread with my name on it!!!

The reason I havent been around was simply because I was fed up when I thought I was helping people who needed advice and guidance only to find they were Second forum accounts, and just playing games...totally cheesed me off!!

A friend came round yesterday and while we were chatting turns out he got finacial worries/difficulties, so we popped on the boards so I could show him all the help thats available.

Ty its nice that you missed me :o. And I hope Deedee is ok.

    And also how is everyone?

Edit : and wow these boards seem to have got a lot buisier the last few months!!!

Hi SD - nice to hear from you. How is life treating you?

Not too bad ty, been busy looking after MIL after she had Cancer, so in the middle of running her to hospital for radiotherapy everyday. Shes ok and pretty much cured the radiotherapy is just a precaution, but means i gotta get up early every morning!!!

No sign of early discharge for me, Entering my 9th month of BC! Was expecting a Ed around Jan/Feb, Not that its an issue really though. And judging by how busy these boards are the ORs priority prob isnt EDs!!!

Sorry for the Hijacking of thread Dalip, :A

  • Hi,

I am Sarah and I was one of Dee's carers. I was just having a look round the boards and came across this post and had to sign up. May I say what wonderful people you all are. It is no wonder Dee was always raving about you lot.

Unfortunatly I have to tell you that Dee passed away on th 1st of March. She had complications from her illness and although she battled on longer than the Doctor's ever expected her too, she didn't make it. As she always described herself she 'was a tough old bird' and fought all the way. I for one am missing her greatly.

Thank you for caring enough for her to be so worried, you are all fantastic.

    God bless you all.
