Asda to stop selling BOGOF's

Have heard the rumours for a while about supermarkets stopping BOGOF's, but yesterday read in the news that Asda is going to be the first to do this in the very near future.
It said they are going 'back to their roots on best value prices' rather than the BOGOF.
Sounds like they will reduce prices, then we'll see them creep up no doubt.
How long I wonder before all the others follow? which of course they will.
