It really is a rip off these days, its over 50p for most single one, i remember the days when they were all 30p except the premium ones (which i remember being munchies, rectangle (6 piece) aeros/aero mint, and the yorkie raisan an biscuit (which i dont think exsists anymore ). At the same time though it appears the multipacks have come down in price over the years and you can usually find the at £1 or £1.50 for 4-6bars (which are only slightly smaller the the singles).

I think the chocolate people are slightly taking advantage at the moment as people reach of treats to comfort them during the troubling times.
