Cooked chicken ideas please

One of the freezers in the work canteen broke yesterday so they have away all the half defrosted food :j . I've got a bag of ready cooked diced chicken breast that needs using today - I was already cooked and frozen so can't be refrozen. DH made a thai curry with some last night and it tastes fine but its little square chunks of breast which just don't look anything like the nice meaty bits of 'real chicken' I normal use so just looks so unappetising to me. I thought about pie but any other ideas of how I can use but 'hide' the chicken!

I was going to suggest mixing some with stuffing and making pasties, how about a casserole, soup or stew. Give the cat or dog a treat (MSE as it saves the cost of animal food) or be kind and give the chicken away to a neighbour, homeless charity or relative or even the local cat or dogs home0
