vouchers can't be spent on holidays that are already booked. Although depending on how much you've already paid it might be cheaper to cancel and re-book

Hahahah - I get my kids to go round the tables when people leave without clearing to see if there any stickers left - we only go on a Friday pm so not many chances to win big although I have got a £5 off £15 at WHSmith:D

The information we got on the staff website says Creme Egg only so that will probably be the reason for the mix up. Might have to contact head office to clarify...
