    Bookie was fine, a lovely lady and she fit right in.
    It was difficult to get round and speak to everyone individually as there were 20 of us there, the biggest meet yet!

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    So we went back to the hotel bar for a drink, Buffy & I were falling asleep so we went off to bed.

    The rooms were pretty small but comfy.

    Sorry I couldn't make it up to the meet. Unfortunately I had to work (in fact I'm "working" now).

    So was it fun it Manchester-shire?
