After my meal out with friends last night I've decided this week I'm going to be really good. Not only with food (NO snacking!) but with exercise and motivation to get other things done too. Really need to snap out of this lazy unmotivated feeling sorry for myself spell - it's not doing me any good at all.

Sod,infront of the social workers, u have to show u r coping, however much u might not be, they need to see if lo is gonna come back that ur fit enough, i know its hard, but u have to get some positivity back, U have to put brave front on infront of them however much u r crumbling inside, u just cant have anything go against u.
Try to talk to teen dd and maybe help each other go forwards, maybe have some girlie time to just try to bond more, some window shopping? swimming?
U r up against the authorities which are ruthless and u have to be seen to be in charge of yourself anf family xx

I want to spend time outside, so have to cram everything else in quick, so i dont feel guilty/miss out on weather!
He owes me a new garden table after my glass one got destroyed in storms when he didnt take the parasol in, so im gonna hint like mad, but he is on such a saving drive that questions even the milk i buy!!?!?!? xxxx
