Maybe a bit late but Vicks "Micromist" really clears my nose so I am able to breath through it at night and get some sleep. It really is great stuff.

thanks, never heard of micromist? hate the cold, just cant get rid of the horrible feeling, oh well, hope it goes soon:D

she has a bad cough at the moment and when she lays down she cant stop, and she is fussy, will only have grape flavour calpol from walmark!! Cant believe I have run out, she had to have some vic on her chest instead!

Cathy try spoonful sugar or honey or honey & lemon better, in little hot water. it stops the tickle. Was told this by GP years ago when I had no cough stuff in house. till calpol arrives. Is it just a cough or temperature too. Best I found for just cough is benylin for kids or Tixylix.

Another thought, My boys often had ear probs, trickling, which caused cough, try her on her other side in case its that.
