no prob the cloud cake is sooo nice its the one I made yesterday...
and you will need either a clip sided cake tin or I just used a lose bottom christmas cake tin my last one broke so oH picked me up one from sainsburys yesterday for £2 odd.... must be 8inch or the sainsburys one is 7inch. No bigger or smaller as will burn on out side before cooked in the middle..
Sort that out and the rest is easy,
You will need some large mixing bowls
(225g)2 bars of cholate the green and blacks dark 70% coco... ( I dont like dark cholate either but once the butter and eggs are added it becomes more of a milk cholate cake)
225g butter ( propper Butter)
50 g ground almonds (sainsburys do a small 100g bag)
60g plain flour.. (If you dont bake a lot get the mini bags as flour goes off very quickly I throw all mine away every 2 month)
6 medium eggs
50g Light soft brown sugar
175g caster sugar
Make sure you have a wisk!!
dust with either iceing sugar or drinking cholate is fine atenative...
serve with a double cream or vinilla Ice cream
Its soo good its really worth the faffPeople who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones...
It is much easier to see other people's failings than our own.0 -
