I was just asking about them over on The Dibb, in regards to Orlando Flextickets, cheaper than anywhere else but looks a bit dodgy http://www.musikick.co.uk/Items/atx_82871

You, the buyer are responsible for any custom's duties or fees that could possibly be levied by the receiving countries customs service. You may also be responsible for brokerage fees to have the shipment cleared through your countries customs. When a shipment is sent by Federal Express, customs brokerage charges are included in the shipment price.

Thats why the prices are so cheap.

If customs catch the items then you are liable for Tax. If they don't then hey ho.

I too am hopefully going to use this company to get the disney and orlando flex ticket. Very cheap indeed.
