After getting the WEM, I sent off my address details, but heard nothing back. Sent a follow-up email after a week, then after 2 weeks, but still no acknowledgement that they received my email and still no sign of prizes mentioned. As it's now nearly 3 weeks since the WEM, would it be worthwhile giving them a call (there were some contact details on the email) just to see what's happening or just wait a bit longer before starting to chase again?2024 Total so far: £0.00

Chase it up definitely hun. It may be just "lost" in the system or someone has forgotten to sort it out etc. Give them a call first thing on Monday.
