Dont know if this is the right part of the forum but I am trying to find an email address for play.com to enquire about an order, I have used the helpdesk to locate stock but just comes back as out of stock even though the item is in stock

Oh dear. Play.com won't be honouring these orders. 400 plus tried to order this and they are working through the orders to Email us to refuse to deliver at this price.

Oh dear. Play.com won't be honouring these orders. 400 plus tried to order this and they are working through the orders to Email us to refuse to deliver at this price.

It is about that item as I noticed that it was in stock for the full price but in "your account" it still says awaiting stock so I had a feeling they would not honour the price as they could turn around and just sau they don't have it in ofr £8.99 and it is only avaliable and the full price.

Suppose I will just wait until they email me
