Hi, please help, last year I signed up with the student support centre for a home tutoring package for my 13 year old daughter who was struggling with her maths. The rep came round she was here around 3 hours, she showed us a sample dvd which really looked very good and fun, after all the talk it came down to money!!!! she said it would cost £15 per week for the whole package and myself and my husband tried to have a chat about it but the rep wouldn't give us a chance to she kept butting in and in her words she said "you really can't put a price on you childs education" (guilt trip) anyway we decided to go ahead and signed up.A few weeks later the rep arrived with the box full of dvds and workbooks she dropped them off and then she went.My daughter was eager to get started she put on the first dvd and got so frustrated because she just didn't get it!!!!! This has caused so many arguments within the family I can't take it anymore. My daughter will not do anymore lessons she finds them very difficult and it has really knocked her confidence......It makes me feel sick that we have got to pay this for another 3 years and it is all sat upstairs unopened worth nearly £4000.
Does anyone know if there is anyway I can get out of this contract????
Please I am desperate.
We where never told that maybe it won't work!!!!!
Thank you in advance x x x

Please anyone??????
Just had a thought, when you buy something you expect it to work ie: a computer......so when I was told that this tutoring would work 100% and it doesn't can I return it as if it was a faulty product???? I really need some advice on this legalities and all that before I start sending letters.
Thank you x x x0
