Hi,
Anyone mind if I join in too? I know it's a wee bit late for the March challenge, but thought could try and get the hang of it for Aprils.

Finally been sent £8 of gfk codes, but one of them hasnt worked so awaiting a reason for my £1 code being invalid, wont redeem it until I get that one sorted but hopefully that will arrive soon. Other than that still no progress, which has been so very frustrating this month, all my remaining MS for the month will now be paid next month so fingers crossed I'll get a few more lined up to make a better job of it then. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Afternoon everyone!
Some proper cash for me to add today, yay  Onepoll 20p, Yougov £1.50, travel expense cheque for £7.35 from work (I've taken the car parking reimbursements off, just including the mileage money)... also GAP mystery payment £16.63 after tax. The total payment was actually £72, which was nicebut again most of it's just reimbursements for stuff I’ve had to buy, which I don‘t include personally as I don’t think I’d have bought them otherwise (except petrol MS’s) - so I'm only including the cash. MS’ing will never make you rich, but I’ve had lots of lovely free meals out this month! Also another huge 8p in Boots advantage card points - bought my lunch there which is a bit naughty as I am meant to be taking my own packed lunch - but I had a few quid left on a gift card, so at least not quite as bad as spending cash on it! Am so glad this month seems to be going better than last, hope it is for everyone else too!

Hi SwinstieWelcome to the challenge - of course you're welcome to join! Maybe set your target for £120 as there are 12 days left of the month inclding today (or £60 if you're doing £5 a day) as it might be a bit much to achieve the full month's target! But yeah, defo join us and go for it
Everyone includes different things...I'd personally include the saving if it was something you were going to buy anyway, but not if you only bought the item because of the offer/discount. E.g. I bought some cleanser yesterday with a £5 voucher, and was debating whether to include the £5 saving in my total. In the end I did, because I was going to buy that item anyway, and had budgeted for it being full-price - so it was £5 back in my pocket that wouldn't have been there otherwise. BUT if I didn't really need a cleanser, and only bought one because it had money off (or similarly, if I was going to buy a cheaper one, and only bought the more expensive one because of the money off), then I wouldn't include it because I haven't really saved anything, I've just spent it. That was a bit long-winded, but thats how I'd do it anyway! But its your own challenge, so you can add whatever you decide

Welcome Swinstie - as Glitterjunkie says you are very welcome to join us for the rest of the month, just let me know if you want to go for £5 or £10 per day and I'll add you to the first post
I just ordered another £10 voucher from Pigsback - thats all for me today so farNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -
Just £4.88 from Amazon - thank goodness I've got some overtime tomorrow ... Normally I'd be complaining about the fact that I've got to work on a Saturday so thanks all for helping me think differently and for keeping me on track with the challenge. :beer:Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.
