Bibbitybob - if you have proof of postage you should be able to claim fine from royal mail up to the value of £36 if posted by normal mail. Extra if you paid for extra compensation

I am *so* pleased with myself today! In April 07 I opened an A&L bank account and was due £50 cashback via quidco. I've spent almost 2 years chasing them as it didn't track, and finally today it's tracked so I can count it :j :j :j
