A very, very good day. After months of asking my mortgage provider to check their figures they have admitted that they miscalculated when the rates went down last October. I have an overpayment of £308.24 which I can take as cash or leave as overpayment on my mortgage. What a result!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also got £1.06 from Cashbackkings.

Thank you, I am so pleased because I am having a horrible week, problems at work, cold and sore throat, kids stressing me out. This was just the boost I needed. The great thing is I am going to be about £50 a month better off from now on so its not just a one off. Good luck to everyone, hope its a good month for us all (although I am doing very badly with NDS challenge.):o
