mortgage problems reposession

hi i have mortgage with northern rock in total 92000, which is made up of
125% mortgage deal for 80000 and 12000 of extra loans. my house was valued 2 years ago at 100000 so put on market but 2 years later no joy so eventually thought il put property up for auction as a last resort thinking i was doin the honest thing apose to being repossed as result of us being skint

4 days auction happened sold the house for 68000 so minus auction fees thought well least it 64000 off the 92000 and the rest would have to be paid over period of time when i contacted northern rock was told i wasnt allowed to sell property as i hadnt cleared balance and even they did let me my sols fees and estate fees wouldnt come out of there money so i would have to find nealy 5000 of my own money which isnt realistic

so heres my prob if they wont let me sell property and wont let me rent it out do i have other option but to get it repossed

we were going rent a property cos we need to be nearer parents for child minding and have found property will this effect us could we be kicked out of property surely we were doing the best thing trying to get as much as we cud


advice on repossion and and sit would be greatful

Are you saying that you have already sold it at auction? If so, aren't you obliged to let the sale complete?
