Refusal of compensation endowment

Bought endowment one month before they became regulated and told would not be eligible for compensation any answers? Bought through bank who did not inform us it was sold by an independent broker through bank

    having an endowment is not grounds for compensation. How it was recommended and sold within the regulations in force at the time is what matters.

    If you bought yours before regulation then you have no avenue to complain.
