This is the 3rd month that im getting no child maintenance at all...
CSA is ignoring me...caseworker is never available...no one can explain me anything...they say they call me back but they never do...they ignore my emails and letters...got CAB involved, but surprise surprise got no answer...
CSA told me my ex is not paying,my ex says he is!!!A DEO was supposed to be in place for this month but i did not get anything!!
What can I do now?Who can I contact?
Is CSA aloud to keep the payments?
Is it possible to ask for a new caseworker, mine is useless???
Thanks

Is CSA aloud to keep the payments? No, but there may be a clerical error and the payments to have gone to the wrong account. Or, your ex may not have paid.

If you complain a more senior member of staff may deal with the matter such as a team supervisor.
Thanks
Write to the CSA asking for an explanation, NEVER ring them, always write so there is a record. Head the letter
"complaint". Then a complaints team will deal with it and you should get some action.... but don't hold your breath.
Although this situation is of clearly great concern to you, the CSA are hopeless and your case seems to be on the minor scale of CSA screw ups / priorities which is probably why they havn't done anything. Your case worker probably has more cases than they can manage.

It is an established truth the CSA keep payments paid by the NRP in their coffers. Thus the CSA ie govt... gain interest.I believe this is in Parliamentary legislation somewhere, but haven't located it yet. Can anyone help?
Now think how much money they are getting from NRP's EACH MONTH. Easy maths. I would love to know exactly what it is, but haven't got round to asking MP yet.
The interest ( despite corrupt, booted out GREEDY bank chairmen ...yeah, he ain't the only one...getting obscene pensions ...and what are our beloved govt doing about it?...that man has NO SHAME ) goes into the govt coffers.
Go to your MP and raise this point. It's OUTRAGEOUS.
And read the sticky.

Ring them, keep a record, get the surname of the person you speak to them, ask to speak to their line manager if you get no joy, keep a record, agree a time limit for their next action, keep a record, ring them back, ask to speak to the line manager, get the surname, keep a record, ask why? agree another time limit, take the surname, ask to speak to the line manager, threaten to go to your MP, repeat to fade...you will get there if you are persistent! Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0
