As for moving up norf. I couldn't, I have too many ties here that I can't leave, I'm a dedicated charity worker, and without me they'd fold.
But on a more serious note, yes, you should put your property on the market if you do want to move - otherwise if you risk losing the home you want to buy because you can't release the funds from your current property.0 -
