Hi
I just wanted to say wow, and thanks. I took advantage of the free trial at creditexpert.com and paid for a credit score.
My credit file showed a late payment to Capital One in December 2008, a defaulted payment to Orange in May 2005 and a search by Sun & Royal Alliance.
All three entries were incorrect
I contacted Credit Expert (Experian) who were great and gave be phone numbers for Orange and Capital One; I called, they confirmed it was a mistake and promised to correct. For R&SA, Credit Expert contacted them who asked for the record of the search to be removed.
My credit score went from 724 to 999 and I have just applied and been for a Virgin 16 month balance transfer!
thanks so much
andrew
