I would say that it probably should not be excluded as it is neither a console nor software.
However if your invoice/receipt states it is excluded, then it is. If it is not stated on the invoice/receipt, then it should not be excluded."Now to trolling as a concept. .... in my capacity as argos employee, i would hedge my bets and say that it is exempt, because controllers etc for most consoles are also exempt, so the DS essentials kit would not be any different.

what is the jack size for the earphones? is it a 1.5 or 2.5mm? I dont have a DS but if it is the smaller size it will be great for my pda0

my store only had the new packs in and you dont get headphones with these pack. if possible get the older packs. much better0
