CD DVD Bargains at Tescos (merged)

To the right of the Poundshop bargains Toton Tesco Extra are selling cheap DVD/CD's. Store layout may not be the same everywhere.

Put Donnie Darko in the trolley (£2.87), but only got as far as the checkout when it was taken off me as it flagged an EPW code.

Did get out of the store with a 2006 road atlas for £1.99.

My local Tesco metro was putting out a lot of CD/DVDs this morning on special stands - from about £2.84 upwards I think - didnt get a chance for a good look though as the guy was only just putting them out & didnt have time to wait.

More alarming - are Tesco's taking stuff out of people's trolleys now??

Why would they take stuff from you, if its on the shelf and priced up, whats wrong with that?

an EPW is an emergency product withdrawel so the tesco store isnt allowed to sell the dvd until the fault or reason for its removal from the shelf has been rectified.

My tesco has got a load of yellow shelves made of cardboard, they look new today, though I have not been to the store for a quite a few days until today.

Less carp ones 2.97 > Willow

Even less carp ones 4.97 > oceans 11* (new one), Ronin*, Troy, Catwoman, *available on net for 5 pounds anyway

Multi film ones 7.97 >Tombraider I & II box, Anaconda I & II box.

I got monster today for £2.87.......wasnt a lot left when I got there, but still a fairly decent range for the price, you cant RENT a dvd for that price anymore it seems!!! (And Ive rented some naff ones that were a waste money in my time! tsk!)

On Tesco homepage there is a box with DVD's BLITZ £2.84, a couple of pages of dvds all at £2.84! Happy hunting!

Some great deals - Bugsy Malone special edition is a great movie for your kids, others like Wild Wild West will keep them quiet for an hour or two for £2.84+pp
